As a keen horse eventing competitor, David was having problems with the horses rearing up when hosing them down in the winter months. The tack room was costing him a fortune in electricity because he had no way of running a radiator to it. He then realised that Greenskies was the solution. David installed the Greenskies solar package on his tack room roof, with a 210 litre unvented cylinder and heat leak radiator to heat the tack room and washing machine.

The solar system provides the majority of the hot water required to wash the horses and clean the stables for free, which was exactly what David was hoping for.
