John Wallace of John Edward Wallace Ltd installed a Greenstar LPG 24 Ri condensing boiler in his own property in Scratby, near Great Yarmouth to improve the efficiency of his home’s heating and hot water provision. John has lived in his property for 22 years and knew it was time to upgrade his heating system and he felt Worcester’s Greenstar range was the best fit for his requirements.

John only fits Worcester products and recently became an accredited installer because of the service, training and quality of products that the company offer.

John said: “Worcester look after me and therefore I look after them. We never get any call backs after installing their products because they’re reliable and of the highest quality, therefore my customers are always very pleased. I’ve attended numerous training courses with Worcester and rate their facilities and staff as superb.

“My old boiler was knocking on a bit and was fairly inefficient. I didn’t think it was right talking up the benefits of A rated condensing boilers to my customers when I didn’t even have one myself. Since installing the new boiler my heating bills have dropped significantly and its very pleasing to know I have reduced my home’s carbon emissions.”
