“Your engineer was courteous, professional and explained everything when I asked him questions. He had a well stocked van so that he was able to replace parts immediately and without the usual call back appointments.”

“Just a note to give my thanks for a speedy efficient service. I called to request a Service Engineer on May 12th at 12.45pm and by 15.15pm on May 12th a new fan had been replaced and another new part ordered. The part arrived the very next day! Congratulations to all concerned, especially to your service engineer.”

“After returning home from work one day to find my boiler trying to dislodge itself from the wall and making some very strange sounds I called several companies to try and ascertain what the problem might be. Out of all the companies I rang, the [Worcester Accredited Installer] was the only one who managed to diagnose it over the phone.

Dave (their engineer), described all the available options with their associated costs to me. Not only this, but Dave actually guided me through how to check various parts of the system were operating ok avoiding any replacement costs. Further to this, Dave then gave me instructions on the best kind of treatment to get and how to administer it myself.

Thanks to Dave’s help I managed to alleviate the problem with out incurring any major costs which was a tremendous relief as we are saving for our wedding. I would just like to say thanks again to Dave and that I would highly recommend [this Worcester Accredited Installer] to anyone.”
