Service contract summary
- Type: service and maintenance contract
- Duration: one year
- Benefits: free annual service, no call-out charge, no parts charge, no labour charge
- Response time: 1 - 3 days, we endeavour to ensure a next-day visit in the event of heating/hot water failure
- Prerequisites: the Worcester boiler must be less than 10 years old (1st time applications), the Benchmark logbook must have been completed, you must live in mainland Great Britain
- Methods of payment: Direct Debit (monthly), credit/debit card, cheque/postal order
