The Worcester Service Contract allows you to ensure the ongoing care of your boiler, giving you peace of mind.

Service contract summary

  • Type: service and maintenance contract
  • Duration: one year
  • Benefits: free annual service, no call-out charge, no parts charge, no labour charge
  • Response time: 1 - 3 days, we endeavour to ensure a next-day visit in the event of heating/hot water failure
  • Prerequisites: the Worcester boiler must be less than 10 years old (1st time applications), the Benchmark logbook must have been completed, you must live in mainland Great Britain
  • Methods of payment: Direct Debit (monthly), credit/debit card, cheque/postal order
