About the Boiler Protection Plan

The Worcester Boiler Protection Plan, which runs for a two-year period, offers you a level of protection that is designed to save you time, money, worry and inconvenience. This is because your boiler will be covered against the call-out of a Worcester field service engineer, labour and the replacement of any components within the boiler found to be defective in the event of a breakdown.

If your boiler were to stop working correctly, a Worcester field service engineer would come to the location of your boiler, identify the fault and ensure that your boiler is returned to maximum performance and efficiency.

Like other high-performance equipment, your boiler will perform to its maximum potential if serviced regularly. The Boiler Protection Plan enables you to have a discounted boiler service, carried out by a Worcester field service engineer, at the end of each year of your cover, but also gives you the freedom to use an independent technician if you so wish.
