By registering your new appliance online, you will be automatically entered into the Worcester FREE monthly prize draw with the opportunity to win an ‘A’ rated white goods appliance worth up to £400. Your details will be entered for the draw in the month that you register your warranty.
Warranty registration options
Both the homeowner and the installer should fully complete the product’s warranty information. You can register online by selecting the relevant link below or fill in the pre-paid warranty card and return it to us (if posting from Ireland please affix stamp).
If you need a repair
If you have any problems with your new appliance during the manufacturer’s warranty period, in the first instance please contact your installer to ensure it is an appliance fault. If the fault is with the appliance, please call us on 08457 256206 (opening hours: Mon - Fri 7am-10pm; Sat – 8am–5pm, Sun 9am-12 midday).
