Purchase a Greenstore ground source heat pump and have it installed by 31st December 2010 by a Worcester Accredited Installer and you’ll qualify for a £1,500 householder cash-back*.

Ground source heat pumps are relatively new to the UK but their proven technology has been used for many years in northern Europe.

These innovative products tap into energy from the sun, which is absorbed by the earth. The ground source heat pump system simply extracts the energy trapped below the surface of the land adjoining your property and turns it into heat and hot water for your home. They offer an environmentally friendly, highly efficient and low cost heating and hot water solution.

Making a claim

What procedures must be followed to make a claim?

To make a claim:

1. Complete the declaration form downloadable from this web page (after the terms and conditions).

2. Send the completed declaration form together with a photocopy of your invoice verifying your purchase of the product during the promotional period to:

Worcester, Bosch Group will not accept illegible invoices, handwritten invoices, delivery dockets or part payment receipts.

In order for a claim to be valid, Worcester must receive your declaration and photocopy by 5pm on 31st January 2011. Any claims we receive after this time will not be processed. You will forfeit your right to make a claim if we do not receive your claim by this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that we receive your claim by this time. Proof of postage does not signify proof of delivery.

How will the cash-back offer be paid?

When Worcester, Bosch Group receives your Declaration Form and Invoice we will review your claim and the documents to ensure that it complies with these terms and conditions.

If your claim is approved, the cash-back will be paid by a cheque or BACS payment in accordance with the details specified on the form. Worcester, Bosch Group accepts no responsibility for delays or claims that have not been paid because you have supplied Worcester with incorrect banking details.

If your claim is not approved by Worcester, Bosch Group because your claim does not meet these terms and conditions, the claim will be invalid. Worcester, Bosch Group will advise you of the reason why your claim was not approved and will allow you 14 days to respond. In such a case, Worcester, Bosch Group may in its absolute discretion accept or reject your claim.

Terms and conditions

1. The cash-back scheme is subject to availability and terms and conditions
2. The ground source heat pump must be purchased and installed between 1st May 2008 and 31st December 2010.
3. The £1,500 cash-back is available on a first come first served basis.
4. No more than one application can be accepted for any one domestic property.
5. The ground source heat pump and all associated controls must be fully installed in accordance with all relevant manufacturer’s instructions, regulations and Codes of Practice.
6. The application form must be fully completed and signed by the householder, installer (and developer if new build).
7. The form must be sent to the address above together with a copy of the customer invoice which must show the installer and customer names and addresses, the product make and model, the date of installation, invoice number and the total cost. Proof of posting does not signify proof of delivery.
8. The installation details are required in order for cash-back payments to be made.
9. The installation may be subject to a site inspection at the property at any time after receipt of the cash-back application. Inspection does not relieve the installer of any responsibilities regarding the quality of the installation or the fitness for purpose.
10. Worcester, Bosch Group are not responsible for the fitness for purpose of the equipment supplied nor the acts or omissions of any installer.
11. The £1,500 cash-back must not be claimed in conjunction with any other form of offer or government funded grant.
12. In signing this application the installer and householder are declaring that this application is not being claimed in conjunction with any other offer.
13. The decision of Worcester, Bosch Group is final.
14. Only Worcester Greenstore ground source heat pumps will qualify for the cash-back.
15. All Worcester ground source heat pumps must be fitted by an installer accredited by Worcester, Bosch Group.
