Engineer called prior to arrival and fixed boiler within 40 minutes
“I would just like to say what a fantastic service you provide. I reported my boiler failure at 6:30pm and was told that an engineer would attend the following day but would call first.
“The following day the engineer did call to let me know his expected time of arrival and within 40 minutes my boiler was repaired. He even carried out the service at the same time. Your engineer was polite, prompt and very professional
