Guarantee terms and conditions

Two year guarantee

• The appliance is guaranteed against faulty materials or workmanship for a period of 24 calendar months from the date of installation subject to the following conditions and exceptions
• That during the period of this guarantee any components of the unit which are proved to be faulty or defective in manufacture will be exchanged or repaired free of material charges and free of labour charges if repaired directly by Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd
• Invoices for attendance and repair of this appliance by third parties will not be accepted for payment by Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd
• That the householder may be asked to prove the date of installation, that the appliance was correctly commissioned and that the annual service at the end of the 1st year of installation has been carried out to the satisfaction of Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd, when requested
• The guarantee must be registered within 30 days of installation
• That any product or part thereof returned for servicing under the guarantee must be accompanied by a claim stating the Model, Serial Number, Date of Installation
• That Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd will not accept responsibility for damage caused by faulty installation, neglect, misuse or accidental damage, the non-observance of the instructions contained in the Installation and Users Instructions leaflets
• That the appliance has been used only for normal domestic purposes for which it was designed
• That this guarantee applies only to equipment purchased and used in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands

5 year guarantee promotion terms and conditions

Gas CDi and Si boiler

All Greenstar CDi and Si condensing gas boilers purchased, installed and registered between 1st September and 30th June 2012 qualify for an additional 3 year guarantee on top of the standard 2 year guarantee (5 years in total).

Oil boilers

All Greenstar oil boilers purchased,installed and registered between 1st April and 30th June 2012 will also qualify for the the 5 year guarantee.

Terms and conditions:

• All Greenstar gas-fired CDi and Si condensing boilers, and all Greenstar oil-fired boilers are valid for this promotion
• The qualifying boilers must be serviced annually for the additional 3 year guarantee and the Greenstar gas-fired boilers must be purchased and installed between 1st September 2011 and 30th June 2012 and registered within 30 days with Worcester, Bosch Group
• The Greenstar oil-fired boilers must be purchased and installed between 1st April 2012 and 30th June 2012 and registered within 30 days with Worcester, Bosch Group.
• Offer does not apply to contracts
• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Worcester, Bosch Group offer
• Offer applies to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Republic of Ireland only
• The decision of Worcester, Bosch Group is final
