The team is available 6 days a week, including bank holidays. On average, they answer calls within 20 seconds.

Heating Design Team

Our Heating Design Team offer design support on all Worcester products.

The services include drawings and technical specification advice for Greenstar boilers, Greenskies solar thermal and Worcester heat pumps. A summary of the services is available in our Engineering Services brochure:

Heat pump sizing

For comprehensive heat pump sizing contact the Heating Design Team. We will aim to respond within 2 working days renewable.energy@uk.bosch.com.

Central heating design service

We offer an indemnified central heating design service to housebuilders and specifiers.
