Worcester tops Which? customer service report
Which? Best Buy for Worcester, Bosch Group
Every single boiler in Worcester, Bosch Group’s Greenstar gas-fired condensing range has been awarded a Which? Best Buy accreditation after receiving top brand customer score and top brand reliability score in the latest Which? survey.
Worcester’s award-winning Greenstar gas-fired boilers claimed the top spot for brand customer score, whilst no other brand featured higher than Worcester in the brand reliability category.
In addition a third of survey respondents had opted for a Worcester boiler, making it the most popular brand among Which? members.
The report also showed that Worcester’s service contract was rated number one with customers.
Members were asked to score price, customer service, response repair time and value for money to create an overall satisfaction result.
The service section of the survey highlighted:
“When we surveyed customers to find out which companies please their customers most, Worcester came top for the fourth straight year.”
Martyn Bridges, director of marketing and technical support at Worcester, Bosch Group said: “It is fantastic to receive this response and valuable feedback from customers.
“We are heading into the colder months now and people will rely on their boilers and heating system more and more so need to know they are choosing a product that will deliver.
“The reliability and efficiency of our products, and servicing and customer satisfaction is something we are extremely proud of and have invested heavily in.
“To reinforce our confidence in our product range we have now extended our guarantee to five years for parts and service on selected Greenstar models purchased and installed before the end of December, which is ideal for those who find they need to replace their existing model with a newer version over the coming months.”
