Condensate disposal

All condensing boilers generate condensate discharge which needs to be piped away from the appliance via a plastic pipe.

The amount of condensate generated depends on the efficiency and operating status of the appliance.

The Greenstar i Junior and Greenstar Si boilers will generally only produce condensate whilst operating in central heating mode.

All Greenstar CDi models can condense in both heating and hot water modes and can generate up to 2 litres of condensate water an hour.
