Greenstar gas boiler accessories (May/June 2010)
The vertical pre-piping assembly kits, earth bonding strip and below boiler pipe cover are all designed to save you time and money.
Vertical pre-piping assembly kits
We are the only manufacturer whose designs enable pipework to be run behind the boiler as standard and we’ve taken this feature a step further with the pre-piping assembly kits. The pre-bent pipes have sawged-ends for easy soldering and will save you approximately 30 minutes on installation time. The kits contain:
- 22mm CH flow pipe
- 22mm CH return pipe
- 15mm mains water inlet pipe (not applicable to i System or CDi System kits)
- 15mm DHW outlet pipe (not applicable to i System or CDi System kits)
- 22mm gas inlet pipe
- earth bonding strip
Pre-piping assembly kits are designed for Greenstar i Junior, Si, CDi, i System and CDi System boilers.
Earth bonding strip
Available as part of the kits and also separately, this not only looks neater but saves up to 20 minutes on installation compared with fitting separate earth bonding tags to each pipe. It can be used with all Greenstar wall mounted gas boilers.
Below boiler pipe cover
Suitable for use with all Greenstar wall hung appliances, this is a neat and simple solution for hiding the pipes on installations where they run below the boiler. The cover is curved to match the profile of the boiler fascia and is manufactured from white satin finished plastic.

Greenstar Camray External System oil boilers (August 09)
The oil condensing system boiler range has been extended with the introduction of the 12/18, 18/25 and 25/32 external boilers.

Greenstar 15 and 18 i System gas boilers (August 09)
The gas condensing system boiler range has been extended with the introduction of 15kW and 18kW models which join the existing 12kW and 24kW models.

Flexi-Flue system for Greenstar FS CDi gas boilers (May 09)
The 80mm flexible flue is compatible with the Greenstar FS CDi boilers. It’s designed to be utilised with an existing chimney in order to route the flue so it terminates on top of the building. The flexible liner can be cut down from its 12m length to suit.

FX controls range (March 09)
The ‘new generation’ FX heating controls enhance the efficiency of the Greenstar CDi combi and system gas boilers and Greenskies solar panel systems.
120 litre Buffer for heat pumps (February 09)
The 120 litre buffer tank complements the existing range of accessories compatible with the Greenstore ground source heat pumps.

Greenstar Danesmoor Wall mounted 12/18 and 18/25 (December 08)
The Greenstar Danesmoor WM is a wall mounted, condensing, regular oil-fired boiler.

Greensource Air to Air heat pump and Air to Water heat pump series (November 08)
Greensource air source heat pumps use the warmth in the air outside (however cold it is) to provide home heating.

Greenstar Highflow 440 & 550 CDi and Greenstar FS CDi Regular boilers (November 08)
New Greenstar combi (Highflow) and regular (FS CDi) floor-standing boilers are available. Natural Gas versions have launched, with LPG variants planned for Spring 2009.

Pre-formed vertical pipes for Greenstar i Junior and Si ranges (October 08)
The assembly of vertical pre-fabricated pipework means installers no longer have to pre-bend pipework behind the boiler if vertical pipework is necessary.
