As a local and conscientious property developer, IE Developments Ltd was keen to rise to the challenge of building an innovative ‘eco’ development in Cradley, Herefordshire.
To help achieve an energy reduction target of up to 80 per cent compared to properties built to current standards, a heating and hot water system, which sees multiple technologies working together, was specified and designed by Worcester’s system design team. Each property is supported by a Greenstar 12i system boiler, Greenskies solar thermal collectors, an FW100 intelligent heating control module and an accompanying Greenstore twin coil cylinder to ensure full compatibility.
