1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion period will run from Wednesday 1^st July 2026 at 00:01 (BST) to Monday 31^st August 2026 at 23:59 (BST) (“Promotion Period”). The closing date for registering the Qualifying Products (as defined below) is 9^th October 2026 at 23:59 (BST) (“Closing Date”). All registrations of the Qualifying Product (as defined below) must be submitted by the Closing Date to be considered for the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is open to end customers based in the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over and who submit a FastTrack Order via the Worcester Bosch FastTrack tool (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/fast-track) (a “FastTrack Order”) during the Promotion Period (“Eligible Participant”).

5. To be eligible to claim the cashback, the FastTrack Order, once installed, must be registered by the installer before the Closing Date. The installation and installer must meet the following qualifying conditions (“Qualifying Conditions”):

a) The installation must be registered via the Promoter’s Loyalty Programme, “VAULT” (full information can be found at www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup); and

b) The installer must be based in the United Kingdom or; and

c) The installer must be Gas Safe Registered (in the United Kingdom) and

d) The installer must be aged 18 or over.

6. Excluded from the Promotion are:

a) companies within the Bosch group (including joint ventures);

b) employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees;

c) installers who have entered into a Direct Contract Support Agreement or any other financial reward agreement with the Promoter; or

d) any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household).

7. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Eligible Participant warrants that) the Eligible Participant is aged 18 or over. Eligible Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.

Entry:

8. To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward (as defined below), an Eligible Participant must:

a) During the Promotion Period, submit and have a confirmed FastTrack Order, which must include the Promotional Code “HOT100” entered at the point of submission (“Promotional Code”). The Promotional Code cannot be applied retrospectively; and

b) Following the completed installation of the Worcester Bosch branded gas boiler (“Qualifying Product”), ensure the installer registers the Qualifying Product via their VAULT loyalty portal account (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login) before the Closing Date. It is the sole responsibility of the installer to complete this registration, and failure to do so will result in the claim being deemed invalid;

(together, the “Entry”).

9. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

10. Qualifying Products must be fully installed in accordance with all relevant manufacturer’s instructions, regulations, and codes of practice.

11. Only one (1) Reward may be claimed per installation of a Qualifying Product. Entries on behalf of another person, third-party entries, and joint submissions are not allowed.

12. Any Entry that does not contain the required information or meet the conditions outlined in these Terms will be deemed invalid. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for Entries that are not successfully or fully completed due to any reason, including technical faults. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit, or offensive. Without limitation, claims may be deemed invalid in any of the following circumstances:

a) A missing Promotional Code;

b) An incomplete installation registration;

c) A late claim submitted after the Closing Date;

d) Provision of false or misleading information; or

e) Cancelled installations.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of purchase, proof of installation, and address verification at any time to validate an Entry.

The Reward:

14. If, during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant has a completed FastTrack Order and subsequent installation of a Qualifying Product, and the installer successfully registers that Qualifying Product by the Closing Date, the Eligible Participant will be eligible to receive a £100 cashback payment (“Reward”).

15. To redeem the Reward, the Eligible Participant must follow the instructions provided in the Notification (as defined in clause 19), complete the online claim form, and submit their bank details within the specified timeframe.

16. If all Entry requirements are met, the Reward will be processed and administered by the Promoter’s external partner, The Marketing Lounge Partnership Limited, with company number 06467245 and whose registered office address is at The Cow Shed, Walnut Tree Farm, Lower Stretton, Cheshire, United Kingdom, WA4 4PG (“MLP”).

17. Eligible Participants will be required to provide certain personal information (including their full name, bank details, and email address) to MLP to process their Reward. The Reward details will be sent to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s FastTrack Order. By submitting a valid Entry, Eligible Participants consent to MLP processing their personal data (in accordance with MLP’s privacy policy and terms and conditions) and to being contacted by MLP via email regarding the Reward.

18. The monetary value of the Reward will be paid in GBP.

19. The Promoter will send a ‘How to Claim’ email to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s FastTrack Order once the Qualifying Product has been successfully registered (the “Notification”).

20. The Notification will typically be issued within twenty-eight (28) days of successful registration of the Qualifying Product.

21. The Reward will be paid to the Eligible Participant via BACS bank transfer (“BACS”). Please allow up to twenty-eight (28) days for the delivery of the Reward from the date the Eligible Participant successfully submits their claim and bank details.

22. The Eligible Participant must claim their Reward by submitting their bank details within three (3) months from the date the Notification is sent. The Eligible Participant will forfeit their Reward if the claim and activation process described by MLP is not followed correctly and completed within this three (3) month period.

23. The Eligible Participant will receive detailed instructions from MLP on how to access and activate their cashback, the expiry of the cashback, and other important terms each time a Reward is claimed.

24. If an Eligible Participant has not received the Notification within twenty-eight (28) days of successful installation registration, they should contact the Promoter at Marketing.Wo@uk.bosch.com to request a reissue.

25. The acceptance and activation of the Reward are subject to MLP’s own standard terms and conditions.

26. The Reward is non-transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with alternative goods or services of equal or greater value at any time should it become necessary.

27. Should an Eligible Participant receive the Reward and subsequently cancel their installation or return the Qualifying Product, the Promoter reserves the right to recover the full monetary value of the Reward.

General:

28. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

29. At all times throughout the Promotion, Eligible Participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all Eligible Participants and disqualify any Eligible Participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

30. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

31. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch group of companies.

32. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

33. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

34. If an Eligible Participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Marketing.Wo@uk.bosch.com.

35. The Promoter will process the Eligible Participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the Eligible Participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the Eligible Participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the Eligible Participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the Eligible Participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 36. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
