For many years I sub-contracted to British Gas, supplying them with forty engineers covering the London area. With the changes that British Gas made when they changed PLC, I decided to leave and concentrate and re-establish myself in my local area. I set up Michael Newstead Services in 1985 and have been Corgi registered for over 25 years. I opened up new premises in Hatchet Lane, Winkfield and my son trained as a Plumbing/Heating Engineer and now works with me. I have three other staff including two more members of my family. As a Company we are Corgi and Gas Safe registered and all of our four engineers have attended and completed Honeywell Controls and Wiring courses. We are regularly checked, attend courses and do exams every 5 years to be the best at what we do. Worcester, Bosch Group invited us to be their local accredited repairer/installer and we were happy to take this on and pleased to be able carry out a very satisfactory service for them and their customers.
