1.1. These are the terms and conditions on which you agree to use our website www.worcester-bosch.co.uk to locate spare parts.

1.2. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your enquiry to us. These terms tell you who we are, who your enquiry will be passed on to, what we will do with your personal data, and other important information.

2. Information about us and how to contact us

2.1. We are Bosch Thermotechnology, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company registration number is 01993294 our registered office is at Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW.

2.2. You can contact us by telephoning our customer service team at 0330 123 9339 or by writing to us at service-enquiries@uk.bosch.com or Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW.

2.3. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your enquiry.

3. Our agreement with you

3.1. After you have browsed our website and specified the parts you are enquiring about we are able to list Stockists near your postcode that may have the item(s) in stock. You are also able to select to have your enquiry forwarded on to the Stockists by providing your email.

3.2. You can then select which Stockists you would like to send the enquiry to.

3.3. Based on the option you have selected we may pass your personal information to the Stockists. In these cases, your email will be passed on to the Stockists for them to contact you.

3.4. If you don’t choose to share your information the system will generate a unique reference number (URN) attached to the parts viewed and this URN is sent to the Stockists. In communications with the Stockist you can quote the URN (which the Stockist will be aware of following login to our portal) to check whether they have your selected products in stock.

3.5. Any contract for the sale of spare parts will be between you and the stockist, we are not a party to this contract.

4. Our Stockists

4.1. A full list of Stockists can be found at http://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/products/spare-parts

4.2. Our published lists of Stockists do not represent recommendations of such Stockists.

5. Exclusions

5.1. We cannot advise on the availability of any stock relating to your enquiry nor can we guarantee any prices or pricing structures.

5.2. Please note this is not a click and collect service and we cannot provide any update on whether your chosen Stockist has accessed the portal to be informed of your query.

6. Personal Information

6.1. Any details you provide will be held and used by Bosch Thermotechnology Limited and selected companies acting on our behalf in order to provide the service you have requested from us. We may disclose your information to our service providers and agents for this purpose for e.g. information provided by you may be shared with to the Stockists for them to contact you.

We will not keep personal information longer than is necessary for the purpose or purposes for which they were collected. We will take all reasonable steps to destroy, or erase from our systems, all data which is no longer required.

7. Severability

7.1. If any of these terms and Conditions or any provision in these terms and conditions are determined by any competent authority to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition or provision will to that extent be severed from the agreement and the rest of the agreement will continue to be valid to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

8.1. The website, and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter or formation shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.

8.2. Each party irrevocably agrees that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with the Agreement or its subject matter or formation.

9. Our right to vary these terms

9.1. We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system's capabilities.
