Big Rewards, Big Prizes (the “Promotion”) – Terms and Conditions

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion period will run from Thursday 1^st October 2026 at 12:01am (UK time) to Thursday 31^st December 2026 at 11:59pm (UK time) (“Promotion Period”). The closing date for registering the Qualifying Product(s) (as defined below) in respect of each calendar month of the Promotion Period is 2^nd November 2026 (in respect of October 2026), 2^nd December 2026 (in respect of November 2026) and 2^nd January 2027 (in respect of December 2026), in each case at 11:59pm (UK time) (each a “Closing Date”). All registrations of the Qualifying Product(s) (as defined below) for a given calendar month must be submitted by the relevant Closing Date to be considered for that month's Reward and Prize draw under the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is open to installers and installer businesses and organisations who:

a) are members of the Promoter’s Loyalty scheme (full information can be found at https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup); and

b) are based in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (“RoI”); and

c) are Gas Safe Registered (in the United Kingdom), or registered with R.G.I.I. (in RoI) for gas boilers, or OFTEC registered for oil boilers, or MCS certified, or in partnership with an umbrella company for Heat Pumps; and

d) are aged 18 or over; and

e) are not excluded under clause 6,

(“Eligible Participant”).

5. The Eligible Participant shall be the holder of the relevant Loyalty account.

6. Excluded from the Promotion are:

a) companies within the Bosch group (including joint ventures);

b) employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees;

c) installers who have entered into a Direct Contract Support Agreement or any other financial reward agreement with the Promoter; or

d) any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household).

7. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Participant warrants that) the Eligible Participant is aged 18 or over. Eligible Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.

Entry:

8. To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward (as defined below), an Eligible Participant must:

a) During the Promotion Period, log in to their Loyalty account through their online portal (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login) and opt in to the Promotion via https://worcester-bosch.typeform.com/to/cZ1gnAxN; and

b) During the Promotion Period, purchase and install at least one (1) more Worcester Bosch branded gas boiler, Worcester Bosch branded oil boiler, or Worcester Bosch branded Heat Pump (excluding any Bosch branded Air Conditioning units) (“Qualifying Product”) than the number of Qualifying Products the Eligible Participant purchased and installed during the corresponding calendar month in 2025 (i.e. comparing installations in October 2026 against October 2025, November 2026 against November 2025, and December 2026 against December 2025) (each a “Corresponding Period”); and

c) Before the end of the Closing Date, register the Qualifying Product(s) purchased and installed during the Promotion Period with the Promoter only via the Promoter’s online Loyalty portal (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login),

(together the “Entry”).

9. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

10. Qualifying Products must be fully installed in accordance with all relevant manufacturer’s instructions, regulations, and codes of practice.

11. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Eligible Participant per calendar month of the Promotion Period. Any Entries exceeding that limit will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not allowed.

12. For each calendar month of the Promotion Period, each installation and registration of a Qualifying Product above the Eligible Participant’s personalised target for that month will earn the Eligible Participant one (1) additional entry into the prize draw for that month. There is no limit on the number of prize draw entries an Eligible Participant may earn in any given calendar month.

13. There are ten (10) Prizes available in respect of each calendar month of the Promotion Period (being thirty (30) Prizes in total across the three (3) months), which will be awarded to ten (10) individual Eligible Participants per month who submit a valid Entry for the relevant month and are chosen at random (each a “Winner”).

14. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

The Reward

15. If the Entry requirements are met, the Eligible Participant will receive the following rewards (“Reward”), credited as promotional support points to their Loyalty account:

The values are:

a) £50 each month as promotional support points if during the relevant calendar month of the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers one (1) more Qualifying Product than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

b) an additional £50 each month as promotional support points if during the relevant calendar month of the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers two (2) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

c) an additional £50 each month as promotional support points if during the relevant calendar month of the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers three (3) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period.

The total maximum Reward per Eligible Participant is £450 in promotional support points across all three (3) months of the Promotion Period (being a maximum of £150 per calendar month).

The Prize Draw

16. At the end of each calendar month during the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants who have submitted a valid Entry and registered at least one (1) Qualifying Product over their personalised target for that month will be entered into a random prize draw for that month. Entry into the prize draw does not guarantee that the Eligible Participant will win a Prize. Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries for the relevant month.

17. The Prizes available in the prize draw for each calendar month of the Promotion Period are as follows:

October 2026:

a) Two (2) x workwear bundle, comprising of Tee Jays all-weather jacket, fleece, 2x Ultragrime wipes, Yeti Tumbler, 2x dust sheets, winter kit (dicer and spray) and power bank; and

b) One (1) x Series 2 Bean to cup coffee machine VeroCafe Piano black (approximate retail value: £499);

c) One (1) x Series 2 Air fryer (approximate retail value: £49.99);

d) One (1) x £1,000 bonus promotional support points;

e) One (1) x £500 bonus promotional support points;

f) Two (2) x £200 bonus promotional support points;

g) Power Tools 12V bundle kit containing Bosch Large professional Tool Bag, GVD 1000-17 Professional Non-contact Voltage Tester, 12V Battery Starter Set 2x GBA 3.0Ah, GAL 12V-40, Circular Saw GKS 12V-26, 12V-300 Flashlight, Drill Driver GSR 12V-32 and Reciprocating Saw GSA 12V-14 (approximate retail value: £580); and

h) Power Tools Combo Kit 18V 6 pcs combo kit containing GSB 18V-45, GDX 18V-200, GWS 18V-7 (incl. 2x5.0 Ah Batteries, Charger GAL 18V-40 and a medium tool bag) (approximate retail value: £460).

November 2026:

a) Two (2) x workwear bundle, comprising of Tee Jays all-weather jacket, fleece, 2x Ultragrime wipes, Yeti Tumbler, 2x dust sheets, winter kit (dicer and spray) and power bank; and

b) One (1) x Series 2 Bean to cup coffee machine VeroCafe Piano black (approximate retail value: £499);

d) One (1) x £1,000 bonus promotional support points;

e) One (1) x £500 bonus promotional support points;

f) Two (2) x £200 bonus promotional support points;

December 2026:

d) One (1) x £1,000 bonus promotional support points;

e) One (1) x £500 bonus promotional support points;

f) Two (2) x £200 bonus promotional support points;

(“Prizes” and each individually a “Prize”).

18. Each Eligible Participant may only win a maximum of one (1) Prize in the prize draw in respect of any given calendar month, but may win a Prize in more than one calendar month during the Promotion Period.

19. Where the Eligible Participant is a business, company or other organisation that employs or represents several installers, the Eligible Participant may use or allocate the Reward as it sees fit. The Reward will be issued to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s Loyalty account.

20. Winners will be selected within twenty-eight (28) days of the relevant Closing Date and notified by email or telephone using the contact details linked to their Loyalty account (each a “Notification”). A Winner must contact the Promoter to confirm acceptance of their Prize and, where applicable, provide their delivery address within twenty-eight (28) days of the date of the Notification. If a Winner does not respond within this period, the Prize will be redrawn and will be awarded to another Eligible Participant.

21. For all other Prizes (that are not promotional support points), the Prize will be delivered to the address provided by the Winner. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the Prize.

22. Where the Reward is promotional support points, these will be added to the Loyalty account within 28 days.

23. The Reward and the Prizes are not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward and the Prizes with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

24. The Reward or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further Entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Reward or any promotional item(s).

General:

25. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

26. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

28. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

29. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

30. If a participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Customer.Experience@uk.bosch.com

31. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 32. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
