Our new instant video calling platform, Virtual Tech, enables you to virtually speak to our technical support team in real time.
Virtual Tech is a free platform open to all installers that call our Technical Support line on 0330 123 3366 and is available on both Android and IOS devices.
The platform is simple to use, you’ll be requested to input your specialist installer number to create a link. You will then receive a text, enabling access to the platform.
From there a video stream is generated between yourself and technical support, allowing you to virtually move the screen around the boiler or product in question to show the issue.
