Our assisted commissioning service is designed to help you fine-tune the system for peak performance and maximum efficiency, making sure your customer gets the best possible performance from their heat pump.

Book assisted commissioning support
Our engineers can provide an on-site supportive check to certify your installation meets our manufacturer's instructions. However, the commissioning and final sign off must be completed by you, the installer.

What’s included?
The assisted commissioning includes the following:
- Visual inspection of the heat pump
- Assist with the control setup and weather curves as per system designs
- Check the performance to ensure the heat pump runs at optimum efficiency
- Perform a water quality test
- Following our visit, we’ll provide you with a professional assisted commissioning report to share with your customer
