We know how frustrating it can be when you’re on a job and an error code appears that you’re not quite sure about. To make your life easier, we have created the Fault Finder feature in the Worcester Bosch professional app, here you can find a quick answer to the error code that you are seeing.
In the app, visit ‘My Tools’ in the side bar > ‘Servicing & Troubleshooting Tools’ > ‘Fault Finder’. It’s that simple!
From here you can enter the error code that you are seeing, and our app will tell you what it means and what needs checking or replacing. You can also access spare parts as well as contact details for our technical support team, all in one place!
