New handy hints guide for homeowner queries

New handy hints guide for homeowner queries

Published: 28-07-2015

  • New Handy Hints guide offers an additional tool to use as part of the handover process with homeowners.
  • Aimed at bridging the knowledge gap amongst end-users.

With 45 per cent of UK homeowners admitting they do not understand their heating and over two thirds not knowing how to use their controls, our new Handy Hints guide has been launched to help such queries.

The new guide explores everything homeowners need to know about heating, including advice on radiators, servicing and top tips for saving energy and reducing running costs. An extensive frequently asked questions section also provides the end-user with a first port-of-call should they ever have any technical queries.

The aim of the guide is to help you go the extra mile when consulting with your customers with heating and hot water advice.

The guide is available now, enabling you to familiarise yourself with it ahead of the heating season.

The guide can ordered free of charge via phone on 0330 123 9119, downloaded here or requested by email on brochure-request@uk.bosch.com.
