Team Takes on The Big Construction Diversity Challenge for a Second Year

A team of 10 colleagues from across our organisation recently took part in The Big Construction Diversity Challenge for the second consecutive year.

The event brings together businesses from across the construction industry to champion equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI), while encouraging collaboration, raising awareness, and supporting the event's charity partner, CRASH.

Throughout the day, our team tackled a variety of physical, mental and skills-based challenges, demonstrating teamwork, resilience and a willingness to support one another every step of the way. While we narrowly missed out on the overall title, we were proud to receive two awards recognising the spirit in which we approached the competition—one for the Walk the Plank challenge and another for the Bridging the Gap activity.

The day was a fantastic reminder of the value of bringing people together from across the industry to celebrate inclusion, strengthen relationships and inspire positive change.
