1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion will run during the PowerUp Roadshow 2025 between 15:00 (GMT) Thursday 1st May 2025 and 21:00 (GMT) Monday 1st December 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). The PowerUp Roadshow 2025 comprises of up to 97 events across the UK (each, an “Event”).

4. The Promotion is open to individuals who are:

a. based in the United Kingdom; and

b. aged 18 or over; and

c. a gas safe, OFTEC, F-gas or MCS registered installer; and

d. are not excluded under clause 5; and

e. attending an event,

(“Eligible Participant”).

5. Excluded from the Promotion are employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household).

6. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Participant warrants that) the participant is aged 18 or over. Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.

Entry:

7. An Eligible Participant will be entered into the Promotion if they:

a. Attend an Event during the Promotion Period; and

b. Provide their details via the Survey Monkey questionnaire used by the Promoter; and

c. Visit all 4 zones to learn about the 4 key topics (boilers, heat pumps, air Conditioning, and Rewards) and complete the stamp card provided by the Promoter (including filling in their name and e-mail),

(together the “Entry”).

8. Only one Entry can be made per Eligible Participant; additional Entries made by the same Eligible Participant and Entries received outside of the opening hours of the Event (stated in paragraph 4 above) or after the end of the Event will not be accepted.

9. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

10. No purchase is required.

11. All valid and correct Entries will have a chance to win a prize (as set out below).

Prizes:

12. The prize shall be one (1) Greenstar 4000 30kW Boiler for residential purposes only (“Prize”).

13. There will be three (3) Prizes which will be awarded to three (3) individual Eligible Participants in four (4) regions who submits a valid Entry (the “Winner”).

14. There will be three (3) Prize draws per region during the Promotion Period, with each Winner to be selected by random number generator, all to have taken place by end December 2025.

15. The Winner gives their consent to be notified by email or telephone and to be sent an email or receive a telephone call from the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of the Winner being identified (“Notification”).

16. The Winner must contact the Promoter within 14 days of the date of the Notification to claim the Prize and provide the Promoter with their delivery address in the United Kingdom (“Winner Confirmation”). If the Winner fails to claim the Prize, the Winner will forfeit the Prize and another valid Entry will be drawn.

17. The Promoter will arrange for the Prize to be delivered to the Winner’s address in the United Kingdom at its cost. Please allow up to 28 days from the Winner Confirmation for delivery of the Prize.

18. The Prize does not include any accessories and installation which have to be arranged for by the Winner themselves and at their own cost. The boiler must in installed professionally by a Gas Safe registered Installer. The Winner is free to choose an installer of their choice.

19. The Prizes are not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Prizes with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

20. The Prizes or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Prizes or any promotional item(s). General:

21. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

22. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

23. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

24. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch group of companies.

25. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Prizes and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Prizes will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Prizes.

26. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

27. The Winners’ names can be obtained by sending a stamped addressed envelope to: Bosch Thermotechnology Ltd., Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW United Kingdom.

28. The Promotion and the Promoter are not affiliated with the Event or the Event organisers. All questions, comments or complaints relating to the Promotion should be addressed to the Promoter.

29. If a participant wishes for its personal details to be deleted by the Promoter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Marketing.Wo@uk.bosch.com.

30. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 31. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion
