2026 Supercharge to Stuttgart Installer Trip Promotion (“Promotion”) – Terms & Conditions

These Terms were amended on 14th October 2025:

  • Clause 9b. – to clarify that Bosch branded Air Conditioning units are not Qualifying Products for this Promotion;
  • Clause 14 – to correct the extent to which multiple entries are permitted, and correct some conflicting wording on which Entries will not be accepted; and
  • Added a new Clause 15 – to clarify what will happen to your Entry in this Promotion if you choose to Enter and win the ‘2026 PowerUp to Paris Installer Trip’;
  • Clause 24 – to use the correct term for who the clause refers to;
  • Clause 33 in the previous terms has been deleted; and
  • Clause 33 – to make amendments around personal data and clarifying the personal data we collect, and from who.

2026 Supercharge to Stuttgart Installer Trip Promotion (“Promotion”) – Terms & Conditions

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion period will run from 1st July 2025 to 30th April 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The closing date for registering the Qualifying Product (as defined below) is 14th May 2026 at 23:59pm (GMT) (“Closing Date”). All registrations of the Qualifying Product (as defined below) must be submitted by Closing Date to be considered for the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is open to owners, directors and proprietors of installer business that are members of the Promoter’s loyalty scheme (“Eligible Participant”). Eligible Participants must be aged 21 or over, resident in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland and are Gas Safe Registered (in the United Kingdom), or registered with R.G.I.I. (in RoI) for gas boilers, or OFTEC registered for oil boilers, or MCS certified, or in partnership with an umbrella company for Heat Pumps. Employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household) are excluded from entering.

5. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Participant warrants that) the participant is aged 21 or over. Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.  Promoter reserves the right to request satisfactory proof of identity.

Reward and Entry:

6. The Reward is a place on a three-night business trip to Stuttgart, Germany including the cost of economy return flights and standard accommodation for the Eligible Participant on 8th to 11th October 2026(“Reward”). Also included in the Reward are transfers between the airport and hotel in Germany, food and drinks package on first night, breakfast each morning at the hotel, visit to Bosch factory, one daytime activity, and a farewell lunch on the final day .

7. There are one hundred (100) Rewards available which will be awarded to one hundred (100) individual Eligible Participants who submit a valid Entry (as defined below) and will be chosen at random (each one a “Winner”).

8. All valid and correct Entries will have a chance to win the Reward.

9.An Eligible Participant will be entered into the Promotion if they:

a) Register to enter the Promotion at www.worcester-rewards.co.uk/rewards/supercharged by Promoter and receive a confirmation email from the Promoter, which will contain the Eligible Participant’s personalised target; and

b) During the Promotion Period successfully meet their personalised target for the installation and registration of Worcester Bosch branded gas (excluding the Greenstar 1000 range boilers) or oil boilers, or Bosch branded Heat Pumps (excluding any Bosch branded Air Conditioning units) (“Qualifying Products”).

10. For every 1x installation and registration of a Qualifying Product over the Eligible Participant’s personalised target during the Promotion Period, the Eligible Participant will receive 1x additional entry into the Promotion.

11. Installed Qualifying Products must be registered with the Promoter through the Loyalty portal www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login.

12. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

14. Each Winner will be entitled to claim the Reward only once, and each Winner can only claim one place on the Reward trip. Multiple entries of or on behalf of the same Eligible Participant are only permitted to the extent set out in clause 10. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted.

15. If you have been invited to enter, make a valid entry and subsequently win the ‘2026 PowerUp to Paris Installer Trip’ promotion, you cannot enter this Promotion and any existing entry for this Promotion will be withdrawn.

16. The Reward is not transferable and there is no cash alternative. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

17. The Reward or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further Entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Reward or any promotional item(s).

18. By making a valid Entry, the Eligible Participant gives their consent to be contacted by email to receive updates during the Promotion Period and within fourteen (14) days of the end of the Closing Date to confirm if they have won the Reward.

19. The Promoter shall use its reasonable endeavours to contact a Winner through the means specified in these Terms.  If the Promoter is unable to contact any Winner within a reasonable period, or if any Winner is unable for whatever reason to accept the Reward, then the Promoter reserves the right to give the Reward to another Eligible Participant that meets these Terms and is chosen at random. 

20. The Reward does not include transfers to and from UK airports, travel money, and any costs or expenditure not listed in paragraph 6 above.

General:

21. All travel will be managed and booked by the Promoter and/or an agent appointed on behalf of the Promoter, including the UK airport from which a Winner will fly from and to.

22. No form of insurance is provided as part of the Reward.  It is the responsibility of a Winner to take out all relevant insurance (including, but not limited to, health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss and damage to property) which may be required and/or reasonable to take out.  All insurance, spending money and other expenses are costs for the recipients and are not provided as part of the Reward. 

23. Promoter is not responsible for any delays or cancellations to flights or other travel arrangements.

24. Winners must ensure they have all appropriate rights and documentation to travel and must have and maintain valid passports endorsed with all relevant visas and with dates of issue and expiration sufficient to allow travel to Germany from the UK and as may be required by any relevant regulation. Passports, and their holders, must not be subject to any restrictions on their rights to travel to and from the applicable country or countries.  Passport control and in-country authorities may reserve the right to refuse entry to a Winner.  The Promoter shall not be responsible for ensuring that a Reward recipient has the right to travel to the destination nor for any additional costs incurred should a recipient be refused entry.

25. It is the responsibility of a Winner to check any travel advisories issued by the Government, and to obtain any vaccinations or other medical advice required to travel to the destination. Reward recipients must determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any recipient arising out of their failure to follow any travel advisories issued by the Government or receive any vaccinations or other medical advice.

26. The Reward will be awarded to an Eligible Participant in their professional capacity only and the installer business of the Winner must be trading during the dates of the Reward, as set out in clause 6.

27. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

28. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

30. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

31. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

32. If a participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Customer.Experience@uk.bosch.com.

33. The Promoter (or marketing agency on behalf of the Promoter) will process the participants’ personal data for the purposes of the Promotion, and for complying with its commitments in relation to the supply of the Reward. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for fulfilment of the contractual obligations as described in this Promotion as well as the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and the supply of the Reward to the Winner. The Promoter will not process the Eligible Participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the Eligible Participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the Eligible Participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the Eligible Participants with rights in relation to their personal information. If you are the Winner, the Promoter will contact you separately, for the purposes of the supply of the Reward, prior to the collection of your personal data for the purpose of the Reward together with more specified information as to how we handled the personal data required for the supply of the Reward. The information will also address how the Promoter will share personal data with other data controllers such as airline, hotel, Bosch factory, and where required other activity providers, in order to supply the Reward to the Winner.

34. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
