Power Up Supercharged Promotion (the “Promotion”) – Terms and Conditions

These Terms were amended on 28/08/2025 at clause 8b. to clarify that Bosch branded Air Conditioning units are not Qualifying Products for this Promotion.

1. By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion period will run from Tuesday 1st July 2025 at 12:01am (GMT) to Thursday 30th April 2026 at 11:59pm (GMT) (“Promotion Period”). The closing date for registering the Qualifying Product (as defined below) is 14th May 2026 at 23:59pm (GMT) (“Closing Date”). All registrations of the Qualifying Product (as defined below) must be submitted by Closing Date to be considered for the Promotion.

4. The Promotion is open to installers and installer businesses and organisations who:

A) are members of the Promoter’s Loyalty scheme (full information can be found at https://www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/professional/loyalty-signup); and

B) are based in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (“RoI”); and

C) are Gas Safe Registered (in the United Kingdom), or registered with R.G.I.I. (in RoI) for gas boilers, or OFTEC registered for oil boilers, or MCS certified, or in partnership with an umbrella company for Heat Pumps; and

D) are aged 18 or over; and

E) are not excluded under clause 6,

(“Eligible Participant”).

5. The Eligible Participant shall be the holder of the relevant Loyalty account.

6. Excluded from the Promotion are:

A) companies within the Bosch group (including joint ventures);

B) employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees;

C) installers who have entered into a Direct Contract Support Agreement or any other financial reward agreement with the Promoter; or

D) any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household).

7. The Promoter assumes that by entering the Promotion (and the Participant warrants that) the participant is aged 18 or over. Participants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.

Entry:

8. To enter the Promotion and receive the Reward (as defined below), an Eligible Participant must:

A) During the Promotion Period, log in to their Loyalty account through their online portal (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login) and opt in to the Promotion via the link displayed worcester-rewards.co.uk/rewards/supercharged; and

B) During the Promotion Period, purchase and install at least one (1) more Worcester Bosch branded gas boilers (excluding the Greenstar 1000 range boilers), or Worcester Bosch branded oil boilers, or Worcester Bosch branded Heat Pumps (excluding any Bosch branded Air Conditioning units) (“Qualifying Product”) than the number of Qualifying Products the Eligible Participant purchased and installed during the corresponding period in 2024 and 2025 (i.e. 01.07.2024 to 30.04.2025 (inclusive) (“Corresponding Period”)); and

C) Before the end of the Closing Date, register the Qualifying Product(s) purchased and installed during the Promotion Period with the Promoter only via the Promoter’s online Loyalty portal (www.worcester-bosch.co.uk/login),

(together the “Entry”).

9. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

10. Qualifying Products must be fully installed in accordance with all relevant manufacturer’s instructions, regulations, and codes of practice.

11. There is a limit of one (1) Entry per Eligible Participant. Any Entries exceeding that limit will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person and joint submissions are not allowed.

12. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

The Reward

13. If the Entry requirements are met, the rewards (“Reward”) are a choice between a Amazon.co.uk Gift Card, Love2Shop Gift Card (“eGift Cards”), or to have the value added in promotional support points to their loyalty account.

The values are:

A) £75 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers one (1) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

B) an additional £100 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers three (3) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

C) an additional £125 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers six (6) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

D) an additional £150 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers ten (10) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

E) an additional £200 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers fifteen (15) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

F) an additional £250 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers twenty (20) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

G) an additional £300 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers twenty-five (25) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period; and

H) an additional £300 in one of the eGift Cards or as promotional support points if during the Promotion Period the Eligible Participant purchases, installs and registers thirty (30) more Qualifying Products than they purchased and installed during the Corresponding Period.

The total maximum Reward per Eligible Participant is a maximum of £1500 in any combination of eGift Card and/or promotional support points. 

14. Where the Eligible Participant is a business, company or other organisation that employs or represents several installers, the Eligible Participant may use or allocate the Reward as it sees fit. The Reward will be issued to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s Loyalty account.

15. An Eligible Participant who meets the Entry requirements will be able to choose if they want to enter the ‘Supercharge to Stuttgart’ promotion, in conjunction with this Promotion, for a chance to go on the 2026 Installer Trip to Stuttgart, the T&Cs for which are set out in full at New Stuttgart T&Cs - Adobe cloud storage

16. If the Entry requirements are met, the Reward will be processed by our external partner, Marketing Lounge Partnership (“MLP”).

17. Eligible Participants will need to provide certain personal information (including their full name, Loyalty account number, business or company name and email address) in order for MLP to process their Reward. The Reward will be issued to the email address linked to the Eligible Participant’s Loyalty account. By making a valid Entry, Eligible Participants consent to MLP processing their personal data (in accordance with MLP’s own privacy policy and terms and conditions) and to being contacted by MLP by email regarding their Reward. The Promoter shall not be liable for any act or omission of MLP, Amazon EU S.à r.l. or Love2Shop, or any of their affiliates.

18. The monetary value of the Reward (where it is an eGift Card) will be in GBP.

19. The Promoter will send a ‘How to Claim’ email to the Eligible Participant’s email address which is linked to their Loyalty account each time the Eligible Participant is eligible for a Reward (“Notification”).

20. Where the chosen Reward is an eGift Card, the Promoter will send the Eligible Participant their eGift Card via email (“Email”) within 28 days. Where the chosen Reward is promotional support points, these will be added to the Loyalty account within 28 days.

21. The Eligible Participant will have six (6) months from the date of the eGift Card email to claim their Reward by revealing the Reward code. Once revealed, the Reward can be accessed through the link set out in the Email for thirty (30) days. Please note that the Eligible Participant may forfeit their Reward if the activation process described by MLP is not followed correctly and within the stated time periods.

22. The Eligible Participant will receive detailed information by MLP on how to access and activate their Reward (where it is an eGift Card), expiry of the Reward, and other important information each time the Eligible Participant claims a Reward.

23. Acceptance and activation of the Reward may be subject to MLP’s own terms and conditions. Acceptance and use of the Reward is subject to the Reward provider’s own terms and conditions (where it is an eGift Card):

24. The Reward is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

25. The Reward or any promotional item(s) must not be auctioned or resold. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to accept further Entries under this or any other promotion if it becomes aware of the reselling or auctioning of the Reward or any promotional item(s).

26. Neither the Promoter nor any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited) is affiliated with Amazon EU S.à r.l. or Love2Shop, or any of their affiliates.

General:

27. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

28. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

29. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

30. The Promoter excludes all liability for taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

31. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

32. If a participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 2, or by email to: Customer.Experience@uk.bosch.com

33. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its delivery commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion and, if applicable, supply of the chosen products. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016) and applicable UK law. It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 34. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
