Published: 02-10-2018
- All of our gas and oil boilers have been awarded Which? Best Buy status.
- We’re the number one for boilers in the country, beating the other boiler brands in the report to secure top position thanks to a fantastic brand score.
- The Which? results this year were taken from 12,191 boiler owner and 166 Which? Trusted Trader heating engineer feedback.
We have made it nine years at the top of the Which? Best Buy league table for our gas boilers, and have also secured Best Buy status for all of our oil boilers this year too. An excellent brand score tops off the accolades we have received from the Which? report.
Which? Trusted Traders rated us highly across several criteria, with five stars awarded for the build quality, reliability, and the likelihood of an engineer recommending one of our boilers to their customers.
One Which? Trusted Trader heating engineer, commented: “It [Worcester Bosch] has a huge range of products, is generally very reliable and its customer service is a country mile ahead of others.”
Our Director of Technical Communication and Product Management, Martyn Bridges, commented: “Which? is a hugely respected independent body and the annual report they prepare is always eagerly awaited by our industry and consumers alike. To come out on top and have all of our boilers included in the coveted Which? Best Buy category is an amazing result.”
Martyn, continued: “We know that this result will continue to support engineers at the point of sale and also reaffirms Worcester as the number one boiler choice for both our industry and consumers.”
This year’s report saw 12,191 boiler owners and 166 Which? Trusted Traders heating engineers asked to rate 12 of the main boiler brands.
