Install in Your Own Showroom Cashback Reward MasterCard Promotion (“Promotion”) – Terms and Conditions

By submitting their Reward claim, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”).

The Promoter

1. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).

The Promotion Period

2. The Promotion will, for each Qualifying Product, commence on the respective commencement date and end on the respective expiry date, in each case as stipulated in Annex 1 (the “Commencement Date” and the “Expiry Date”).

3. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion in full or part at any time. The Promoter may from time to time terminate the Promotion with respect to certain Qualifying Products and/or commence the Promotion with respect to other products. Any such termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated with reasonable notice by updating Annex 1. In the event the Promoter decides to terminate the Promotion in its entirety, this will be communicated with reasonable notice in the same way that these Terms are communicated.

Eligible Participants

4. The Promotion is open to participants who

(a) are aged 18 or over;

(b) are a resident in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland;

(c) are a member of the Excelerate loyalty scheme;

(d) are Gas Safe Registered in the UK or RGI Registered in the Republic of Ireland if claiming against a gas-fired boiler; have relevant BPEC certification in the UK for renewable installations; are Oftec registered in the UK if claiming against an oil-fired boiler; are a G3 qualified installer in the UK if claiming against a cylinder; are F-Gas registered if claiming against an air con unit; or have relevant G3 professional qualification to install unvented hot water storage systems for heat pumps;

OR

are directors or owners of plumbing and heating companies registered in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland who employ any individuals of the types listed in the preceding sub-clause 4(d) (proof of professional role within the company will be requested in order to fulfil your claim, the requirements of which will be determined on a case by case basis); and

(e) purchase, install and register a Qualifying Product in accordance with the dates set out in Annex 1 in their primary residence, (the “Participant”).

5. Employees of the Promoter, or of any other company within the Bosch group of companies (including BSH Home Appliances Limited), and their immediate family members, Bosch’s agents or their employees, or any person professionally associated with this Promotion (or members of their family or household) are excluded from entering, as well as merchants, specifiers, installers or commercial contract partners of the Promoter.

6. Entrants entering the Promotion as an employee of an organisation must (i) inform their employer about the Promotion, and (ii) obtain the permission of their employer to enter the Promotion.

Cashback Reward and Qualifying Products

7. The Qualifying Products and corresponding cashback Reward amounts are listed in Annex 1 (“Reward”) and will be updated by the Promoter from time to time pursuant to clause 3 of these Terms. For certain Qualifying Products, a reduced Reward may be paid by the Promoter for additional units subsequently purchased and installed after the first unit of that type is purchased and installed, and as set out in Annex 1.

8. Qualifying Products must be installed in the Participant’s business showroom (proof of address required).

9. This Promotion does not affect the Participant’s eligibility (if any) for an extended guarantee.

10. The Promotion only applies to Qualifying Products which have been supplied and distributed by the Promoter within the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. The Promoter will not accept any Qualifying Products that are purchased from alternative markets.

11. The Promotion is only valid on Green Storage WB Range Unvented Solar Cylinder when installed with a Greenskies solar water heating system.

12. Installations must be of a high quality both in terms of specification, installation and aesthetics in accordance with good industry standards.

13. Qualifying Products must be fully installed in accordance with all relevant manufacturer’s instructions, regulations and codes of practice.

Entry and Payment

14. To claim the relevant Reward, prior to the respective Expiry Date set out in Annex 1, the Participant must:

a) Buy, install and register a Qualifying Product; and

b) Visit www.worcesterboschpromotions.co.uk (UK) or www.worcesterboschpromotions.com (ROI) and register for a Worcester Bosch promotion account (if not set up already); and

c) complete and submit the Reward claim form (the “Claim Form”) including a copy of the respective invoice for the Qualifying Products which must satisfy the requirements in clause 16. The Claim Form must be submitted within 12 months of the date stated on the invoice. After this period claims will not be accepted.

 (together the “Entry”).

15. The invoice must be submitted with the Claim Form and must be fully legible and show:

a) the name and address of the Participant or the company;

b) the Qualifying Product(s), product make and model;

c) all product prices must be fully redacted;

d) the date of purchase (which has to be after the Commencement Date and prior to the Expiry Date if any); and

e) the invoice number.

16. Any other proof of purchase will not be accepted, including but not limited to, illegible invoices, delivery dockets, receipts (part payment or otherwise), delivery notes, confirmation of orders or any handwritten documents.

17. The Promoter will only verify the relevant invoices to the extent of the transaction involving the Qualifying Products; Participants agree to censor their invoices accordingly. Please do not send original invoices as they will not be processed or returned.

18. Only Entries submitted online via www.worcesterboschpromotions.co.uk (UK) or www.worcesterboschpromotions.com (ROI) and containing the information required in accordance with these Terms will be processed. Claims by post, fax, telephone or email will not be accepted.

19. The local Worcester Bosch Technical Area Sales Manager may visit your business showroom (or request photographic evidence) to verify your claim when installation is completed. Inspection does not relieve the installer of any responsibilities regarding the quality of the installation or the fitness for purpose.

20. For instances when the Participant is the owner or director of an organisation, the local Worcester Bosch Technical Area Sales Manager must provide written approval for the Entry.

21. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

22. Each Participant will be entitled to claim for the relevant Reward(s) only once within a period of 12 consecutive months Rewards for multiple Qualifying Products may be submitted in a single claim. Multiple entries by or on behalf of the same Participant will not be accepted.

23. If a valid Entry is submitted, the Reward will be processed by our external partner 360insights (Europe) Ltd (‘360’) who will require the Participant to register on their website and provide certain personal information in order to request for and send to the Participant a prepaid MasterCard (‘MasterCard’) with the qualifying Reward amount added onto it for the Participant to spend (please see clause 25). If the Participant already has a Worcester Bosch prepaid Mastercard, then any reward earned from the Promotion will be loaded onto their existing card.

24. By making a valid Entry, Participants give their consent to be notified by the Promoter or 360 via email or telephone.

25. Mastercard International Inc. may refuse to issue the Participant a prepaid MasterCard and acceptance is subject to the terms and conditions of Mastercard International Inc. which can be found at: www.360digitalpayments.com. The Promoter does not accept any liability for a refused or delayed issuance of a MasterCard.

26. Subject to clause 26, the Promoter will arrange for the MasterCard to be delivered to the Participant’s address in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland respectively at the Promoter’s cost. Please allow up to 28 days from being notified of a successful claim for the Reward for delivery of the MasterCard.

27. The monetary value on the MasterCard will be in GBP for Participants in the United Kingdom and in EUR to Participants in the Republic of Ireland. The Participant will receive detailed information by 360 on how to access the Reward, expiry of the MasterCard and of the Reward, and other important information. Please note that the Participant may forfeit the Reward if the activation process prescribed by 360 is not followed correctly and within the given time period of three months.

28. Please note that Mastercard International Inc. reserve the right to initiate a Participant validation check when the cumulative total Reward amount exceeds the following GBP and Euro amounts:

• British Pound (GBP):  50
• Euro (EUR):  50

If the Participant has completed a validation check in the last 12 months, across any Worcester Bosch promotion, then they will not be required to recomplete this until the 12 month period has elapsed. The Participant will need to provide at minimum their full name, primary address and date of birth. The Participant may choose to provide the required information at the time they are prompted or may opt to return later to provide the information. However, they will not be able to access the funds from the payment that triggered the threshold check or future payments until the information has been provided and the validation check has been cleared.

Use your card everywhere Mastercard® is accepted. Mastercard® is a registered trademark and the circles design is a trademark of Mastercard® International. Issued by Transact Payments Limited pursuant to licence by Mastercard® International Transact Payments Limited is authorised and regulated by the Gibraltar Financial Services Commission. Pay close attention to the expiration date printed on the front of the card.

General

29. The Reward is not transferable. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Reward with product(s) of equal or greater value at any time.

30. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

31. At all times throughout the Promotion, participants must deal with the Promoter in the utmost good faith in every respect. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any participant that it has reasonable grounds to believe has breached any of the Terms, including, but not limited to, falsifying any information submitted to or requested by the Promoter.

32. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch Group, or in conjunction with products purchased through staff sales.

33. The Promoter excludes all liability for payment of taxes relating to the Reward and any tax liability arising from the provision of the Reward will be the sole responsibility of the recipient of the Reward.

34. The Promoter does not claim any rights of ownership in your Entry, nor does the Promoter accept responsibility for the return of any Entry, including those consisting of artistic or other material.

35. If a participant does not wish for their details to be entered into the Promotion or if they opt out but then wish to re-enter, they can advise the Promoter by writing to its address set out in clause 1, or by email to: Marketing.Wo@uk.bosch.com.

36. The Promoter will process the participants’ personal data on the Promoter’s behalf for the purposes of the Promotion and complying with its payment commitments. The Promoter’s legal basis for processing the personal data is that the processing is carried out for the legitimate business interests in connection with the Promotion. The Promoter will not process the participants’ personal data for other purposes unless they have a legal basis for doing so. The Promoter handles the participants’ personal information in a secure and confidential manner and always in accordance with the law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (2016). It will not disclose the participants’ personal information to third parties unless there is a legal basis for this. The law provides the participants with rights in relation to their personal information. 37. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
