Published: 10-10-2017
We are delighted to have been named at the top of the 2017 Which? gas boiler report for the eighth year running.
With the highest overall score of 92%, our boilers have proven to be a big hit with installers and homeowners alike, putting us 8% above our nearest rival, and awarding all of our gas boilers with Which? Best Buy status.
Owners of our boilers contributed to this fantastic achievement by giving flawless, five-star results for both brand reliability and inclusive customer scores. We were also the only brand to receive five stars from Which? Trusted Traders when asked if they would recommend the brand to customers.
The Which? report said:
‘Worcester continues to be the benchmark against which other boiler brands should be judged…Its customers also go out of their way to sing its praises; eight in ten would definitely recommend their boiler to a friend or family member.’
One Which? Trusted Trader heating engineer, added:
“It’s a first-class product and a first-class service all round. It’s aftersales is second to none, and it has a fantastic ethos for customer relations and service.”
The brand has been awarded Best Buys for every single one of its Greenstar Gas boilers, further helping homeowners and their installers make the right choice when it comes to updating their heating system as we head into the winter months.
This year’s report saw 9,610 boiler owners and 219 Which? Trusted Traders heating engineers asked to rate 11 of the main boiler brands.
