In a recent investigation comparing brands which offer annual service and breakdown cover polices, Worcester featured as the highest scoring single brand.

The news comes shortly after Which? also named us the country’s top gas boiler brand.

We were scored against five key performance indicators. Of these, we received five star ratings for customer service, repair response time and how likely customers are to renew their cover.  

Every one of our boilers come with a guarantee of 5-7 years, depending on the model and any paired accessories. Once the guarantee expires, our service plan is available for those who have not already taken out cover with their local engineer or installation company, to provide added peace of mind.

Our servicing accolade follows us claiming of the top spot in the 2017 Which? gas boiler report for the eighth year running.
