Supporting Local Creativity with Worcester’s New Bike Bay
We are pleased to share that we recently supported Bike Worcester in creating a new Bike Bay for Worcester City Centre. Colleagues from our manufacturing team helped judge designs from 224 entries by Worcestershire school children, shortlisting 12 entries for commendation.
Arlo's Edward Elgar themed design was chosen as a winner which our team developed into a CAD model and then fabricated, adding music notes and engraving music onto the base plate. It was then revealed in a big ceremony as part of a 2 day Bike festival in Worcester at the Hive in April.
Huge well done to everyone involved, including Ross Cowley and Anthony Cutler from the Worcester Bosch team. Another great way we are giving back to our local community!
