Finley's imaginative vision of an eco-friendly home draws on different media to create a vibrant piece which is full of colour and fun. He uses pressed wild flowers and environmentally-friendly ideas – such as sheep windmills and solar balloons – to demonstrate the importance of our relationship with the world around us.
'We heard about the competition through Finley's primary school, when the children all came home with a booklet from Worcester about saving energy at home. Finley was excited and started talking about wind farms, then thought about sheep with windmills on their backs and how, if they moved around all day, he could change his games console'
