Knightstone Housing Association was tasked with the construction of two new residential developments as part of a regeneration project in Bristol, one of which was built as part of a Homes for Heroes scheme, which encourages the development of construction skills for 10 ex-forces personnel. On completion, the former servicemen took residency within the properties they helped to build.

Because of the need for energy efficient heating within planning requirements, the Housing Association opted for a mixture of Greenstar 28i Junior and 37CDi combi boilers across the developments.
