Buckinghamshire-based housebuilder, Rectory Homes completed the design and build of five detached homes in Haddenham, each of which boasts a highly efficient heating system. In response to challenging targets for new build properties, Rectory Homes specified a combination of technologies from Worcester, Bosch Group to help meet efficiency targets.
To achieve a highly efficient and economical heating solution, a system which uses multiple technologies was specified by Worcester’s system design team. Installed across the properties are two Greenstar Ri gas-fired boilers, three Greenstar i gas-fired boilers and Greenfloor underfloor heating in each new home. An intelligent FW1000 heating control module is also included within each property for optimum efficiency all year round.
