If you have arranged an engineer appointment, you should have received a text message with a link to access your appointment details. On the day of your appointment, this will also include a 3 hour engineer arrival window. If you need to rebook or cancel you will also be able to do this from the link provided in the text message.  The ‘Managed Booked Appointments’ section should be available again soon, enabling you to view your appointments, rebook or cancel any existing appointments and access your engineers 3 hour arrival window on the day of your appointment.  Should you need any further support please reach out to us either via Live Chat or on 0330 123 9339.
