Thomas Armstrong Construction Ltd won their award for an impressive new build housing project in Keswick in the Lake District, which includes 42 properties, all with a high standard of insulation. 38 of those properties have Greenskies solar panels and a Greenstar 30CDi Regular boiler to deliver highly efficient heating and hot water.
