7. Only one Entry can be made on behalf of a single community space; additional Entries made for the same community space and Entries received after end of the Competition Period will not be accepted.

8. Any Entry that does not contain the information required above will be an invalid Entry and will not be entered into the Competition. The Promoter reserves the right and has complete discretion to disqualify any Entry deemed unsuitable, inappropriate, explicit or offensive, and accepts no responsibility for Entries not successfully or fully completed due to any reason including technical faults.

9. All valid and correct Entries will be entered into a competition for a chance to win a prize. During the Competition Period, one (1) prize winner will be selected at the end of each of the months of June, July, August, September, October and November (“Competition Months”). The six (6) prize winners (ie one (1) per Competition Month) will be in each instance selected by a panel of judges on behalf of the Promoter from all qualifying Entries valid for each Competition Month (the “Winners”). The six (6) Winners will each be chosen within seven (7) days of the end of each Competition Month.

10. There will be one Winner per each Competition Month. The Winners’ prize shall be one (1) Worcester Bosch boiler (suitable for the community space and determined by the Promoter) and a contribution by the Promoter towards the cost of installation and commissioning of the boiler, including any additional accessories or parts required to complete the installation, up to a maximum of £1,500 (see clause 17 (“Prize”).

11. There will be six (6) Prizes in total that will be awarded to six (6) individual Eligible Participants. (i.e. there will be one Winner for each Competition Month).

14. An Eligible Participant may only win one (1) Prize during the Competition Period. The Winners for each Competition Month will not be eligible to win a prize in any future month in the Competition Period and may not re-enter. For example, the Winner in July will not be entered into the Competition in any other month. Valid Entries that do not win in a Competition Month will be automatically entered into the Competition in each of the remaining Competition Months. Entries may be made throughout the Competition Period.

16. The Winners must contact the Promoter within fourteen (14) days of the date of the Notification to claim their Prize and provide the Promoter with their delivery address in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland (“Winner Confirmation”). If a Winner fails to claim the Prize, such Winner will forfeit the Prize and another valid Entry will be drawn.

17. The Prize will also include removal of the Winner’s existing boiler and the cost of installation and commissioning by a local Worcester Accredited Installer (“WAI”) or Worcester Accredited Partner (“WAP”), on the basis it is a straight-forward install following a survey completed by the WAI or WAP and that such removal, installation and commissioning shall be no more than £1,500 including VAT. Where the cost of the removal, installation and commissioning exceeds £1,500 including VAT, the Winner agrees to pay the difference between the actual price of the removal and installation and £1,500 to the WAI or WAP. The WAI or WAP will be Gas-Safe or OFTEC registered and chosen by the Promoter. The Promoter does not provide installation services and shall not be liable for any act or omission of the installer.

18. Following completion of the site survey, the Winners must select their boiler and the Promoter will arrange for the Prizes to be delivered to the Winners’ addresses in the United Kingdom or the Republic of Ireland at the Promoter’s cost.

19. Installation must be completed within one (1) year of the date of the Notification.
