Terms & Conditions

1. By using the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms”). These Terms apply alongside the FastTrack terms and conditions

2. The promoter is Bosch Thermotechnology Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 01993294, whose registered office address is Cotswold Way, Warndon, Worcester, WR4 9SW, United Kingdom (“Promoter”).

3. The Promotion will run for the period from 06/01/2020 at 09:00 (GMT) to 28/02/2020 at 23:59 (GMT) (“Promotion Period”)

4. During the Promotion Period, reduced Maximum Prices apply for installation contracts entered into pursuant to the FastTrack terms and conditions. The FastTrack installation contract is entered into with your acceptance of the FastTrack installer’s quotation in accordance with the FastTrack terms and conditions.

5. The reduced Maximum Price is the maximum price for the entire service package comprising of the respective FastTrack Package including VAT. Please note that the reduced Maximum Price is not a fixed price and can vary. It sets the price limit that cannot be exceeded by the FastTrack installer except as set out in the FastTrack terms and conditions. The price quoted by the FastTrack installer to you is to be paid by you to the FastTrack installer directly.

6. The Promotion does not apply for installation contracts entered into following a Survey Visit (please see for details the FastTrack terms and conditions)

7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice. However, the Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to minimise the effect of such amendment or termination to avoid disappointment. Any termination or amendment to the Promotion will be communicated in the same way as the Promotion was communicated.

8. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions that are run by the Promoter or any company within the Bosch group of companies.

9. In all matters relating to the Promotion, the decision of the Promoter shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

10. The Promotion will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the Promotion.
